Americans Check Their Phones 96 Times a Day
It shouldn't surprise anyone to hear that they check their phone an UNGODLY amount. Some people even have apps that TELL THEM how often they do it.
The tech company Asurionsays Americans check their phones 96 times a day, which is about once every 10 minutes you're awake. That's up 20% from a similar poll in 2017.
But it might not be a bad thing. Nearly half of Americans say their smartphones help them achieve MORE work life balance, not less.
