I'm not sure there's a better way to sum up the UNGODLY HEAT in the southwest right now than this:  A guy in Scottsdale, Arizona tweeted a photo on Friday of a CATCUS MELTING.  Seriously.  The cactus in his backyard is drooping in the heat.

  

But if that's not enough for you, someone else in Arizona tweeted a photo of the paint melting off a street sign.  119 degrees temperatures do STRANGE things.
