Twitter Is Testing Tweets That Are Twice as Long
Soon, the president won't have to end all of his tweets with "Sad!" . . . he'll have room to write out words like "Melancholy!" or "Despondent!"
Because Twitter just had a small group of users start testing out a 280-character limit for tweets, which is double the current limit of 140 characters.
There's no word if or when they could give more people those double-stuffed tweet limits.
