Should Jimmy Kimmel Be Called Out for an Old Bit He Did on "The Man Show"?

JIMMY KIMMEL co-hosted "The Man Show" from 1999 to 2003.  It was a comedy show from a blatantly, stereotypically male perspective.  Heck, one of its trademark bits was women in bikinis jumping on trampolines.

Anyway, someone decided to repost an old skit Jimmy did where he went out on the street and asked women to guess what was in his pants by FEELING IT.  And he even told one woman, quote, "maybe it'd be easier if you put your mouth on it."

He told another, quote, "You're gonna make a fine wife."  At the end of the skit, he revealed what was in his pants:  A zucchini with a rubber band around it.  (Check it out here.)

The guy who posted this wants to paint Jimmy as some kind of Weinstein-esque monster, whose takes on healthcare, gun control and other issues should thus immediately be nullified.

But it's important to point out that this was a COMEDY sketch, in which no one was forced to do anything against their will, and everyone who participated consented to have it shown on NATIONAL TELEVISION . . . which it then was.
