It's not clear what Sahar Tabar loves more: Angelina Jolie or plastic surgery. The 19-year-old woman from Iran says she's Angie's biggest fan and she would "do anything" to emulate her. Apparently, that means undergoing 50 plastic surgeries.
Tabar's Instagram has more than 460-thousand followers, but her unique look has also brought on plenty of haters. One follower even called her a "zombie." At this point, there's no way to know how much of Tabar's look is due to surgery and how much can be chalked up to makeup.
