A Dog Runs Off During a Walk, Then Shows Up at Doggie Day Care
This business just got some free advertising . . .
A woman in Chicago named Linda Zimmer was out walking her dog on Tuesday when it slipped out of its harness and ran off. It's a 15-month-old Alaskan Malamute named Izabella.
She was about to call the cops to report it missing . . . even though that's not what you're supposed to do. But SHE got a phone call first.
It turned out Izabella had crossed several busy streets . . . negotiated traffic . . . and walked herself to DOGGIE DAY CARE.
The name of the place is the Canine Social Club . . . and Izabella is a regular. Obviously she loves it there.
She followed another customer through the front door, and one of the staff members recognized her.
Linda went to pick her up after they called. And they say this isn't the first time it's happened. Another customer's dog did the same thing a few years ago.
