New World Record: A Guy Chugged a Cup of Coffee in Three Seconds
A guy in Germany broke a world record by chugging a full cup of coffee in THREE SECONDS.
His name is Felix von Meibom, and his official time was 3.12 seconds. He did it in September, but Guinness just posted the footage after confirming the record. (Here's the video.)
It's hard to tell if it was still hot when he chugged it. A few sources claim it was, but the Guinness website doesn't mention that being a requirement. (Seems like a rule that would open them up to a lot of throat-burn lawsuits.)
The previous record was 3.17 seconds. So he only beat it by five one-hundredths of a second.
A lot of people in the Instagram comments seem to think they could do it faster.
