If you "keep up" with the Kardashians, then you know that Kim hasn't had the easiest pregnancies. She previously suffered from preeclampsia, and giving birth literally could put her life in danger...but apparently she's not giving up.
In a preview for next week's episode, Kim reveals that she's seeing some specialists about the possibility of baby #3.
