Just for fun, the insurance company, InsureTheGap.com, totaled up all of the damage done to vehicles and buildings in the first seven Fast & Furious movies. The grand total? An estimated $514 million in real money.
The damage level has skyrocketed over just the last two movies. In the first four, the damage was only in the single digits as far as millions go, but in part 5 it jumped to almost $20 million. From there it just got insane...jumping from $200 to $300 million.
