It's official, the American Idol reboot will go to ABC.
They made the offer about two weeks ago and Fox came in with a last minute counter-offer, but the ABC deal was sealed on Friday night.
The co-owners for the show, along with ABC, want Ryan Seacrest to host, so it looks like he'll be flying coast to coast to make it happen. Sources say the show will debut in March of 2018.
