Bill Cosby WILL be going back to trial for those sexual assault charges before the year is over. After the recent mistrial, the judge has set a retrial date for November 6th, and it will take place in the same courthouse outside of Philadelphia.
There's no word yet on where the jury will be picked from this time around. Cosby is currently free on $1 million bond.
